Request a repeat medication

For registered clients only.

Please use the form below to request repeat medication for your horse. Please allow at least 48 working hours.

If we have not seen your horse within the last year (this period may be shorter depending on the medication being requested), you will need to arrange an appointment before dispensing of medication can be authorised.

Before posting or collecting medication, we will need to have seen the signed “not for human consumption” section in your horse’s passport.

(Please note that payment is required in advance of posting/collection. The office will contact you for payment when the medication is ready to be collected/posted.)
